Bad client service

Hi my name is Alvin I had the most horrible time trying to get the Gepf pention fund to pay my money out I resigned in August 2017 and it's July 2018 and I'm still waiting on them to pay me out it's the 1 story after the next no 1 give any answers or feed back And if 1 look at the mission and vision they are not living up to it I'm sorry to say no1 have called me I am the 1 that have to call the call centre and wait up to 30min for them to answer the phone only to get no clear answer at all I really don't know what to do anymore
