BAD ,BAD ,AND BAD SERVICE EVER

I have been sending several email to request a payslip and a confirmation letter for weeks know one is coming back to me .I have tried to call for days with know luck .The service is so poor and they don't even respond to you email. I though that maybe because is government they will try to do things easier for the customers but I was wrong, and also their self service website is not working properly .You keeps on requesting to reset you password while you don't receive any. I queried that as well but I was advised to call the number which I did and still not receiving any feedback .Their service is so poor and frustrating as well .
