Bad and extremeley slow service delivery

Hi dear Sir/Madam,<br> <br> Complain dated 17 March 2015 refers, its now almost a month no feedback from the company called a government server (GEPF) at large cant deliver a sample follow-up feedback after i lodged in a complain via Hellopeter which managed to provide me with a satisfied feedback but nothing frpm GEPF but only a reply by e-mail after Hellopeter contacted them till today nothing from them. <br> <br> I need to be paid a certain fugure from my ex- husband's pension after a divorce of last year October 2014 till to date i'm still hoping for the sp called GEPF to pay what i deserve but still theres silence from the company. <br> <br> Everytime when i enquire always my file is with legal division its for now more than five months. *** N.R Mhangwana ***5. <br> <br> Everytime GEPF has a backlock always. Mr Nico Mokgoko who seem to be a consultant who suppose to assist is foever silent n never found.<br> <br> I wonder if i'll be paid anytime soon, they have a policy that says the money is paid within 60 working days which it has long past, i wonder if the money will be paid before the end of this month /April. I'm South African and realy not happy about the government service delivery. #Sad!
