Awaiting pension payout....60 days has expired and still no payout!

<p style="color: #555555;">Good day.</p> <p style="color: #555555;">File submission 04/07/16</p> <p style="color: #555555;">60 day payment date 04/09/16</p> <p style="color: #555555;">I'm frustrated as to the replies I've got from the Gepf call center 2 weeks ago I was told the file is in fiance department a week ago it's in confirmation department today it's in payments department but all this is false information I had called again today and told it's in the membership department where it has been when the file was 1st submitted on the 4th of July 2016. What is going on my family is entitled to this pension fund and we are now demand that this is sorted out urgently the house is currently been auctioned due to the bond been unpaid and we in desperate times here and this misleading information makes me wonder are when are we ever going to be paid out !</p> <p style="color: #555555;">What is going on in the GEPF if you can not keep to the 60day payment date and explaination should be communicated so that the bank can be notified not just kept quite this must be reported to the trustees and further authority.</p> <p style="color: #555555;">The call center agents are use less they tell what we want to hear so that they can get over with their day and get off this call it's shocking! </p> <p style="color: #555555;">This GEPF is by far the worst pension fund to be dealing with terrible service.</p> <p style="color: #555555;">Pension No: ####9281</p> <p style="color: #555555;">ID No: ********** 1****0</p> <p style="color: #555555;">Persal No:###40796</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> Date member deceased -07/02/16</p>
