AWAITING PAYOUT 112 DAYS NOW

I keep getting your case will be processed urgently but no one is working on it i have been waiting 112 days now please someone assist me...<br> i am needing someone to help me get my payout asap i am not coping with my ex husband that has resigned and waiting for his pay out as well i have 3 children that need to be taken care of please they have to have things paid for now the end of the year school fees has not been paid they want to hand me over. My stuff has not been worked on since the 5 october this is unacceptable that is 4 weeks ago this should have been paid out within 60 days it has been 112 days now. i have been phoning and sending emails since the beginning of october i want to know what the problem is...... not it is in the relevant section or the divorce application is still in process. it cant stand for 4 weeks and no one does anything on it. ALSO MY EX HUSBANDS THINGS ARE LYING IN PRETORIA THEY ARE STILL SHOWING THAT HE IS EMPLOYED WHEN I AS AT GEPF NO ONE IS HELPING HIM GET HIS THINGS TO THE PROPER DEPARTMENT HE RESIGNED IN JULY ALREADY WHAT IS THE HOLD UP IN PRETORIA AND WHY IS HE STILL SHOWING AS EMPLOYED WITH THE SAPS.
