Awaiting Divorce Settlement Payout

<p>Good day,</p> <p>I have been divorced almost a year ago. I have been to the GPAA and GEPF so many times, I have lost count. Everytime I went there, especially over the past 4 months, they had a different form or document that they were not happy with, which had to be certified, or stamped etc. They could not give me all the documents to do in one single visit, for some reason. My attorneys have been there a few times as well and we have been getting the runaround like you have no idea. On 20 March 2017, I have confirmed with the GEPF that they had ALL the documents they requested. They said it would take 60 days to be paid out. On 10 April 2017 I received an sms from GEPF saying that there are outstanding documents. After contacting them immediately, they told me that they require each page of my divorce order to be certified - a fact that no one told me when it was submitted originally. Approximately 2 weeks ago, I called again, and the person at the call centre told me that the legal department was not notified that they certified documents have been captured and that they must now request it and it would take 48 hours for this to happen. Another week later I went to visit the GEPF again, and the agent at the desk first told me they are still waiting for certified documents (the same documents!). After I told him that the documents HAVE been submitted, he then said that the error message on the system has not been cleared and that the claim is now with verifications and he cannot tell me how long it will still take. I called again this morning (5 June 2017) and they told me again that the documents are still at verifications and I should call again in 7 days!? What these people don't realise is that I have lost everything by now, my car included and I cannot survive anymore because I need money to do so. I am extremely desperate and dont know what to do anymore, as I keep on being given the runaround. PLEASE help.</p>
