Atrocious service from yet another government organisation.

I submitted a declaration to add my son as a dependent on my military pension in August 2021. I have now submitted the documents 4 more times and still I get told nothing reflects on the system. I will not even count the amount of follow up emails and calls I have made with no success. I even lodged a complaint with the ombudsman ( GEPO ) and have not even had a response from them. Thanks for nothing GEPF
