Appreciation Post: GEPF

This is an appreciation post to Ms Portia Mkhwa****, a supervisor at the GEPF Call Centre. The GEPF was taking a long time to finalise my claims (Spouse Pension & Service Benefit). Having called them for umpteenth time with no luck, i then asked to speak to the supervisor. i was then put through to Ms. Mkhwa****. She was very polite, professional. she apologised for the unnecessary delay and promised to sort the matter out asap.

This interaction happened on the 20th/21st September 2022 and by 23 September 2022, my service benefit was paid into my bank account while the Spouse Pension was paid on 26 September 2022.

I just wanted to pass my appreciation to Portia Mkhwa**** and everyone else who assisted in finalising my claim speedily.
