Appalling Service: GEPF Legal Team

The GEPF legal team is one of the most disrespectful department handling people's claims. They do not adhere to stipulated time frames by the SOP, the audacity to send people from pillar to post making the enquirieng cumbersome. The government sector really needs new and dedicated employees that apply Batho Pele Principles when dealing and engaging with financial claims. I am deeply appalled by work ethics app**** by the GEPF's legal team pertaining the strict adherence to SOP' and SWP. 3 yrs and counting my case has not been resolved. (2021 November - to date.
