Appalling service from Government Employees Pension Fund

I put a claim for a divorce settlement on the 23rd of August 2018. I'm really taken back by their lack of service and feed back. I was told that it takes 6 to 8 weeks for the claim to be paid out. Today ifs the 7th of Feb and nothing was communicated to me regarding the delay. I went 3 times to their offices and I was told that they have a backlog and that their systems are not working. I also sent endless email without any proper feedback. I'm at my wit end regarding this. It seems like there is no one who will assist me. Please HELP!!!!!!!
