Appalling service
It is now the second time that I am submitting certified copies of the divorce order to Ms. Liebenberg's email. I submitted them on 24 November 2015, and sent follow up emails to confirm receipt of the document on 30 November 2015, 7 & 14 January 2016, which were never responded to until on 19 January 2016.<br> <br> I hope that, this time around, after resubmitting the certified divorce order, my claim against my former's spouse pension that I first submitted on 2nd July 2015 (6 months 3 weeks later) will be finalised.

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint.
Kindly note that the divorce application was finalised and the payments confirmed today ( 25.01.2016 ). Tax confirmation is referred to SARS before it can be released in the member's bank account.
