Appalling service

I am still going on about the same complaint against the GEPF / GPAA for not having settled my claim against my former spouse's pension that I submitted on 2nd July 2015. It is now over 6 months since I submitted the claim, and over 4 months since I have been complaining about the appalling service by the GEPF / GPAA.
