Appalling service
I submitted a claim to the GEPF against my former spouse's pension on 2nd July 2015. Despite the fact that the GEPF/GPAA has already paid my former spouse's claim against my pension in May 2015, it is now five months and I still do not have any date when my claim will be paid into my bank account. I even recently submitted certified copies of the divorce order and settlement agreement, which the GEPF should have since they were able to pay my former spouse's claim against my pension.

Such customer lack service by the GEPF/GPAA on my claim is, to say the least, APPALLING!
