Appalling service
I submitted a claim to the GEPF at the Nelspruit Branch on 2nd July 2015 for part of my former spouse's pension as per the divorce order of 4th July 2014. Despite several phone calls since 2nd September 2015 and several emails since 5th October 2015, I still have not be informed when the payment will be transferred to my bank account. The only communication I have been receiving from the GEPF & GPAA is that they have forwarded my communication to the relevant section.<br> <br> My former spouse was paid her portion of my pension on 24th May 2015.
