Appalled by service

I have been struggling with the fund to make payout. Divorce was granted in August of 2015. All original, relevant and certified documentation has been sent 3 times via registered mail, but every time I'm told they require certified documentation. I have my proof that these certified documents were sent and received. Tracking numbers PARCEL TRACKING NO: PA376 182 479ZA and TRACKING NO: RC ********** 04ZA Received:Item in question was collected at Gezina Post Office on 03-04-2017 by NORA from Government Employee Pension Fund. Also received : Item delivered to: CHALE X63 CAROLINE.

The consultant I just spoke to was sarcastic while I was merely asking for answers. He also hanged up in the middle of me trying to explain my situation after I was waiting 45 minutes for assistance.

The GEPF website says only after they are satisfied with all documentation of Divorce order and other relevant documents the choice form will be issued. I received the choice form completed that and sent that along with previous documents all certified, but they still awaiting certified documentation.

It has been more than 2 years. I need someone competent to respond to this complaint. I'm a mother of 3 with only my salary to depend on. My fund, Cape Joint made payment in March 2016 already. Approximately 4 months after divorce was granted.
