Angry recipient of pension fund payout

I would like express my frustrations regarding GEPF pension payout(50% divorce payout) My divorce date was on the 18th of April 2024 and decree received. I have forwarded all relevant documents on the 11th of April 2024 to GEPF Johannesburg branch. I phoned the GEPF call centre ***to check the status of the payout on 23rd May 2024. I was told the legal department is still busy with the application. Mid June I went to their Johannesburg offices and I was told theres a page missing from the divorce decree. On the 27 th June 2024 I personally went again to submit the missing page needed. It's been Months full waiting for payout. I have 2 children that are under my custody and I'm struggling to maintain since I am unemployed. I have been calling GEPF every week with no assistance. I cannot even get a senior personnel at GEPF who can assist me with this matter. How can the payout took so long as if Its millions payout?. Their service is very pathetic. This week since Monday their line is down. I tried going to their offices in Johannesburg it was packed with people who app**** for their 2pot. Where must I go now😭 I'm desperate. Can I get this matter sorted this week. I've been getting loans from people just to feed my children and now I'm regarded as a lier since I must pay them and I'm busy giving them stories.Hellopeter please help me
