After 5 months still no pension payout!!!!!!
<p>My husband , Adriaan P Hanekom, resigned on the 26 February2016.</p> <p>His nr was ********** , from SAPS Hondeklipbaai, Northern Cape.</p> <p>it has been 5 months already. He did not pay the end of March 2016. All his documents is correct, but no money. </p> <p>We are in the proses of losing out house and future business as we thought that it will take maks 3 months. And the money we saved is gone.</p> <p>what is taking so long???? Been sending emails and calling relentless but no one can assist us. They say that everyrhing is fine, all paperwork also. Am I going to loose my house and business because of the poor service?? After 23 years????</p>
And still no payout!! Or getting answer from one that we are trying to call. Nobody has been answering the phone.

I have been sending e mail to several adres. ********** , enquiries@gpaa co.za , ********** made calls to call centre. Only not to be abswerd but put on hold?
If this goes on, I am going toe loose my livelihood.
My business is going to be gone. The money I saved fir the three months that we thought it is going to take, in cording with the kaw, the days the can go by before you do oay out. But it is now akready long past that due time.

Thank you. Lucille Smith. For your prompt responce and helping us to sort this problem out. Now I am really furious because they are lying to us. I have hope for your office and hope that I can contact you soon. This is very frustratng and now not ons of them are answering their phones or e mails after they told us that my documents are wirh your offce. Greetings

I have received confirmation that my file is with GPAA. Still no payment received. My service number is ********** , my ID ********** 036086, my pension number is ********** 5. The money I have saved is gone. After 5 months no money.

And now I receive an email from your system. That is will take 60 days before payout.
That is another two months that will be 7 months in total???
So what am I supposed to do now?? After 23 years of service, and now I have to beg for what is mine???
I am going to loose my house, my bussiness , all because of you.
