Absolutely pathetic and useless.

This is the most useless place ever. You don't get answers from them you don't get to speak to someone thats educated enough in there department to know what is actually going on. Trying to assist my father after is resignation almost 4 months now and still no payout. He worked for the government a full 28 years. Everytime they say in processing. I honestly think they can't read. What is it going to take in order for us to get HELPED. please can anybody advise what to do.
