7 months - NO pension payout yet!

I resigned in November 2019, and is still waiting for my pension payout. I spoke to them on 12 March 2020 and they said they are working on it, I must phone in a weeks time. Phoned a week later, no response. Phoned again April, they are still working on my file. Phoned in May.... Same story.... Phoned them on the 2nd of June, I was told that my file is at the last desk before payout, they are just awaiting numbers from SARS. That same day I got an email from SARS to confirm my banking details. I phoned again today (15 June) and was informed that the system shows they last worked on my file on the 2nd of June! It's been almost 7 months since I resigned and now money??? This place is a joke!
