60 days of what?

<p>My aunt passed away and we have been trying to get her pension payout to her unemployed husband. We have phoned GEPF so many times to be told thats its still being processed. That they are still in TAT, as it takes 60 days. We are on day 58, still nothing. The last time we checked, the agent said, " she sees that it hasnt moved from the one department to the next, she will send an email to them. My questipn is this: do they wait till after the 60 days to start doing something?</p>
