6 months still waiting on divorce payment

Good day. It's been 6 months since I am waiting for my divorce payment. I have called GEPF on NUMEROUS occasions on the status of my payment. After waiting for an hour to be assisted, the consultants would not give me a straight answer instead i am told, my file is with the finance department and there is no payment date on my file and I should call the following week. Every time I called I am told the same story. I requested to speak to someone in charge, the consultant gave me her supervisor (Eden). The lady was soooo rude and told me payments are done on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, therefore I should look into those days for my payment and she eventually dropped the phone.

After reading the reviews written about GEPF, every review is complaining. It is evident that GEPF is providing poor and unsatisfactory service to the public. According to my knowledge, waiting period for payment is 60 working days, and I have been waiting for 6 months.

I am so appalled as to how I am treated as if I am borrowing this money. This is money I am entitled to, as my wife has received her share of my money from my employer. This incompetency is unacceptable and demeaning.
