6 months of waiting !!!

If it were possible to rate this to zero i would. My mom retired end of April 24, it is 7 October and shockingly she still hasn’t received her payment regardless of submitting all docs, numerous call and physical visits to the GEPF office. How long should she wait ? What about the debit orders, food, transport etc

Does anyone care ?
