6 Months, No Help for Elderly client who is now starving

<p>6 Months ago an elderly, retired goverment employee requested me as his advisor to help him fill out the paper work for the relaease of his goverment employee pension fund. it is six months later that the elderly man is without a job and no money to even send his kids to school. every single occasion that i have called in his funds are said to be sitting in finance. he is awaiting the right of transfer forms and no one will assist the client or assist me on the clients behalf, Mr Zulu is in such a financial jam that he cannot even buy airtime to call the department any longer as he has no money for airtime and they just send him from pillar to post. i have dealt with close to 10 different people one of them being tsepiso magbusela who had taken the resposibility to provide feedback but everytime we call in asking for her she is said to be not working there any longer. i called in today and spoke to Lindiwe, she refused to give me her surname, she also refused to provide me with any help or information regarding the case, she then refused to let me speak to her masnager. the Batho Pele act number 6 states that information should be transparent and not hidden. the client has served our country as a police officer for over 25 years and this is the thanks he gets for all his hard work. turn </p>
