6 MONTHS LATER AND STILL NO PAYMENT

<p>I am writing on behalf of my mother. She is on pensions since December after 37 years of service and her pension is still not paid out. In my we called the gepf and we were told all is in order with her file and it was at indexing. On the 1st of July we phone again and we're now told that the file was amended by the employer on the 23rd and she was start from 23rd June to count 60 days waiting period. She currently doesn't have a medical aid and she is a chronic diabetes patient and this has really affect her health. She can no longer afford basic living expenses as she has been without an income for the past 6 months. Please assist as we have already sent emails to gepf with no success. Her medication is expensive and we can not keep up with the in and out of hospital as a result of stress caused by all this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Id ********** 237087 pension number ********** 9 and perusal ********** 3.
