5 year Balance claim

I made a claim since May for the 5 years balance, and i was told by them it will take 60 working days to process the whole thing and the funds will reflect in my account. I have been calling non stop and there's not much progress at all. Now they have telephone technical problems and they dont even read their emails. Its really FRUSTRATING and i have an anxiety just by thinking about it because they really DO NOT CARE at all.😭😭😭
