5 Months no payout from GEPF

<p>I hope this email find you well, It has been the most frustrating 5 months of my life and not getting assistance from neither my previous employer HR (Leratong Hospital) nor GEPF I am not sure what is happening i have been to the JHB offices they promised to sort it out but till today nothing. when i call the GEPF i am told my application has been declined when i ask why they my HR will know they application was returned back to HR. went to HR they tell me they sent it back to GEPF where is my file i'm it was received in March but no one worked on it. on Friday 02 June followed up again i was told it was declined again reason i don''t know but apparently it was sent back again to HR. this is very unfair on my part no salary for five months yet i was told the turnaround time is 3 Months and still the is no clear answer where is my file.</p> <p>Mrs Thembisile Jester Danca<br />ID ********** 737086<br />pension number ********** 8<br />parsal number ********** 4</p>
