5 months and waiting

I went on pension from the SAPS on 16/06/2017. To date I received no payout. I am struggling and lost all that I own. I suffer from deppression and are getting sicker every single day. When I contact the GEPF they tell me that my file is in the final process or sometimes I get told that my file is with SARS. According to the law, payouts takes a maximum of 60 days after receiving the documents. I am now going to consult lawyers to address the situation as I AM FED UP!!!
