5 months and still no pay out of pension

Pension No ***9<br> I resigned from SAPS 31 Oct 2014, since then it has been a battle trying to get an answer. GEPF said it did not receive any documents, SAPS said they sent everything. ONLY in FEB did I receive a sms stating my documents have been received. GEPF and GPAA both responded that my case has been flagged as urgent since I will lose everything by 21 March. My file has been sent back and forth through departments and GPAA confirmed that my file is with Financial Dept for pay out, last week Thursday. 21 March came and went, phoned today AGAIN, now my case is not at Financial but at Membership and it can still take 1 - 3 weeks for the payout. I have been trying to contact anyone who can just give me a straight answer. Most phones just keep ringing or go straight to voicemail. My cellphone has been blocked due to all the calls I had to make, and now I am cut off from everything. I am going to lose my car and house by the end of this month if I dont start paying my debts, and I had to take out loans just to survive, and people dont believe anymore that my pension will ever pay out. PLEASE someone just get this sorted out, I dont have time anymore to wait.
