4months no payout

Ive resigned the end of September and was well aware that the payout takes about 4 to 6 weeks. After 6 weeks in late Nov 2017 i called and they indicated that my papers were being checked i was to call back after two weeks. I infact did so and everything was "ok" 2 weeks thereafter my employee called to say that i needed to resubmit my bank details because they (Gepf) needed my middle name on the document even if there was no space. I immediately did so that day and it was submitted by my employee the following day. I called the week of christmas to follow up and one of the agents told me that they would be closing but he could see on the system that i had resubmitted. It was now with his superior for final approval and that i should call back the first week in January 2018. I have been calling since the 5th of January and been holding on for hours on end because im assuming none of those people are working. I havent received any sms updates herein as i ought to receive and its literally almost 4 months. So every time i call they say ill get paid within 60 working days!! How flippin long am i suppose to wait for my own money and i have a small business so im trying to get this going at full pace but am depending on my pension to boost my business partially. This is pathetic to sat the least
