4 Times Rejected - papers in \incorrect order""""

My paperwork was handed to the GEPF as far as I can tell the 16th of October. Since then I believe that it has been send back to the SAPS three/four times ( I am unable to get an exact number). I've been calling daily but was told they cannot give me the reason why my application was rejected. Going to the Pretoria branch to obtain the reason they refused to assist me, after sitting for half an hour in the seat of the consultant, he phoned the member department. Eventually they told me that the reason why it is being rejected is because it is in the wrong order.... WOW! When asked if they cannot put it in the right order, the reply was that this is not their job.
