3 months and counting since I requested documents on pension breakdown & calculations

<p>In February 2017 I requested a document from GEPF with the break down and calculations of the pension pay outs of my late husband. I URGENTLY need this information as GEPF send the incorrect information/IRP5/IT3bs to SARS and SARS is currently charging me interest for amounts outstanding for interest they claimed I received, which I did not receive from GEPF. After 3 months, numerous phone calls etc (see list below) I still have not received this documentation.</p> <p> </p> <p>Even the beneficiary payout letters from GEPF stating the amounts I will receive and the actual amounts I did receive are not corresponding. To date I never received answer to why after numerous enquiries. </p> <p> </p> <p> It is not something new that someone need to go and sit and work out....this was done more than 2 years ago when GEPF paid out the monies. I need a letter from the 3rd party's mom to give premission to release the information.
