2pot delays and unprofessional behavior

Bad experience that drained my energy and my emotions. Out of desperation I claimed on the 3rd of September till today have not received any help When I called the center the manner in which my case was handled was draining. No help and consultations are making one person and laughing matter and be told about 60 days working days. One time I cried on the phone talking to them because one couldn't help me
