2pot complain

Very disappointed ☹️, since I claimed my 2pot on 3rd of September and no update up until today.people who claimed after around 16 October got their money but us who claimed earlier in September we're still waiting and when we call we're getting different answers some consultants are even rude.i owe school fees of my kids and I was hoping that I will settle the school fees with this money as we were told it was for emergency,am stressed and frustrated 😢
