22 Years of service - You're not on our system...

<p>After dedicating 22 years to the Department of Education, I am treated like an irritating fly. Numerous emails and calls re my pension payout date goes unanswered. I rang the call centre to enquire as to the lump sum payout due and payable to me. The agent cannot even tell me how the amount is calculated. She just gives me 'the formula'. Based thereon it is (final salary x amount of years x 7.5%). On the statement it is a different final salary as on my actual salary slip. ALL of this and when I enquire as to when I will receive my pension which i submitted <strong>SIX MONTHS AGO, </strong>the answer is that I am simply not on their system.</p> <p> </p> <p>How do you expect me to pay my bills and buy food if I am not even on your system? I completed every last single document, not a letter out of place and I cannot even get the most basic of service. </p> <p> </p> <p>I hereby request your urgent attention to this matter.</p>
