What a **** show of a pension fund. It's no surprise though because it's owned by a **** show of a government. I had to call 60 times just to get through to their call centre.... There's no systems in place.. They just give you "maybe" as an answer. Total violation of the Batho Pele principles they apparently have to abide by..... Even that 1 star is for vibes because they don't deserve a single star.... Pathetic service. I can only imagine the trauma that my family will go through dealing with these people should I die today.... Pathetic to the core
