2 pot system

TWO POT RETIREMENT SYSTEM I claimed my savings withdrawal pot on the 2/09/2024 and they keep on telling me that my claim is with SARS, when I call SARS they say they never received any directive request from GEP. In the other hand members xho claimed from 13/09/2024 till date are recieving their monies back to back. What a pathetic service
