16 weeks still NO pension payed out

I'm a teacher from Gauteng, I resigned in December and submitted all of my forms as instructed. I have still not recieved my pension mone. The notification says that only walk in service is not available yet no phones are answered or emails are responded to beyond an automated response. We are a household of 5 which with this virus have no income or any other options. NOW would be the time to pay out people's fund ASAP especially since it has already been 4 months. This is completely unprofessional and disgraceful!
