13 months later, no pension pay out!!

My father passed away 30 July 2014 and to this day my mother has not received his death benefit nor the monthly payments that were to support her in the event my father passed on. We have submitted all relevant documentation (including his Last Will & Testament and his GEPF beneficiary list) and each week we call to find out the progress, we are informed to call the following week and that the file is still being processed. <br> <br> What's most sad about this is that the GEPF does not seem to understand the financial strain the family is experiencing as a result of their purposeful delay. My father's sudden death shattered us emotional and, coupled with this financial strain, has been most devastating on so many levels. We are literally on the verge of losing our family home and all other assets my parents have acquired over the years. All we ask is that you prioritize the matter as a year is way more than your specified turn around times. I'm sure no one out there would ever want their families to go through what we have gone through. We hope to hear from someone from the fund soon. <br> <br>
