1 star is to much for them...unbelievably pathetic service!!!
<p>I am writing on behalf of my dad,Mr HC Johannes. </p> <p>He retired from service on 29 February 2016. His application for government pension was received by the Government Employee Pension Administration on 12 May 2016. I have since followed up every week with the department as to when he will receive his pension pay out, as he has been without income since the end of February 2016. He has submitted all relevant documentation as requested by the department and followed due process but to date has not received any payment. </p> <p>My dad in the meantime had to cancel essential services such as medical aid as he has no income to provide for even bare necessities.</p> <p>I need to know if there is anything that can be done to speed up the process as it is impossible for anyone with a family to live without an income for five months</p>

Thanks for the feedback but how long will this still be at the "payments' department???This matter is going into it's 8th month already???I've heard and read of the incompetence of the government departments but this is absolutely ridiculous!!!!The way this whole matter is being handled I highly doubt that my dad will ever see he's money in he's lifetime as this whole scenario is causing undue stress on him!!!!This is an absolute disgrace!!!!
