1.5 years, 17 calls, 10 visits later - NO PAY OUT
Good day, my mom passed away 27/09/2014. ID: ***. Personal nr: ***6. Pension nr: ***8. We are still waiting for the pension pay out. We contacted the Call center 17 times (I have the dates) from 20/08/2015 till now. Visited them more than 10 times. We submitted all the documents needed on 3 April 2015. Now the only thing the Call center say every time we phone is \call in 2 days time\". Can you please assist us. We don't know what to do anymore. Please help. Thank you!<br> <br> "
