Worst solar system

If I could give them a zero I would give them a big fact Zero I highly recommend to not go for this company. I took over the contract from the previous when I bought the house had I known I would have told him to have it removed. It’s been 4 months off hell, I’m paying for electric more than I should be spending whilst I have this solar system. They have the worst finance and support team, they can’t find payments yet they deduct. My system has been off for a week I’ve called them every single day since the issue with the battery started!!! I really need to take them to the ombudsman at this point !!!
