I had a great experience with Vernon from GoSolr. He arrived earlier than expected, which I really appreciated, and was extremely professional and friendly from start to finish. The whole process was quick and easy, and Vernon took the time to explain everything in detail, answer all my questions, and make sure I understood my options. The customer service was excellent, and I'm really happy with the experience so far.
