Worst Solar rental company!

I signed a contract to install the extra large package that is meant to generate between 40-70 KW per day. The most the system has ever generated was 45 and only on 5 days for the year. The installer sun solar is the worst installer. They have created major electrical damages on my property which neither they nor GoSolr have even responded to for 9 months. Now 9 months later they are blaming the wiring at my property which they didn’t mention at the time or on any reports. In addition, I have had several problems with the functioning of the system. It keeps tripping on the Eskom side requiring manual operation until a technician can come out. CT’s that they installed were drawing power and feeding back to the grid causing my Eskom usage to increase by 3 times over 6 months. The responses to all these queries have been shocking from GoSolr and no accountability is taken for any of these issues. I have now requested they remove their system and will take legal action.
