Worst decision i ever made signing with GoSolr!

Almost 2 years ago, GoSolr installed a large system into my home. Despite the ********** installation and damages to my home, the system also never really worked and each time loadshedding started, the system would either shut down or only last less than an hour. Eventually Clint was my port of call and has been excellent over the past 2 years. Weeks of troubleshooting got no where, I eventually discovered the batteries that were installed were second hand and not new. I asked for a quote recently to buy the system entirely and have it fixed by someone else, but was quoted R340,000 to buy a 2 year old system that didn't work properly. For R225,000 I am now getting a solar system double the size with additional batteries. Despite having a large system as stated on my account, the deinstall fee is meant to be R30,000 but GoSolr insist on charging me R35,400 because I have a few extra panels. I have no choice but to pay otherwise they won't deinstall. I urge the public to be aware when considering GoSolr, there are additional charges that appear, non existent customer service, a system that hardly works and ridiculous prices to pay to try lock you into a long term relationship with them and no way of getting out without paying extremely hefty prices. My experience with GoSolr has been a terrible one and one that I will regret forever.

So after i was promised that no further debits would take place, i was debited anyway. I was then promised a refund Thursday 3rd April, this never happened, was told Friday, again this never happened and instead now told Monday i would get a refund, yet i still wait for confirmation of this. Clint told me to request a reversal from the bank, i called to do this and was told by FNB that GoSolr has an agreement in place with FNB that NO reversals can be requested. So almost a week now, my money has been sitting with GoSolr earning GoSolr interest instead of the money earning me interest in my bank account. I keep getting promises of a refund but almost a week later now and still no refund. Where does this end???
