Worst company every. Nothing works.

This is probably the worst decision I have ever made, to have this system into my house. I have the 8KvA system. I have had my inverter replace and not even a year later I am sitting with the same problem. The system is jumping from battery to Eskom power the whole time. Every time I phone then they say that they will send out a technician and he comes out and according to the installers everything is working. My lights dim and bright plenty of times. They had to replace my earth leakage coz they never tightened the *****s so it burnt out. The installation had to be redone coz it looked like ****. Had a loose invertor on my wall. *****s my whole driveway full. The list just goes on and on. They have the worst app ever. The app never work, the web app also never works. Must phone then everytime to change my battery settings. How can you call yourself a reliable company with all these flaws. I will not recommend anyone to use them.
