Worse service than ESKOM!!!!

The system was installed on 10 March 2023 - completing the contracts in January! We have as of today not been able to obtain a COC from them. On 19 April the inverter tripped the main DB board. Called the call center number and the response was - We will log a call. I followed up with a mail to *** on Thursday - no response yet! (24 April) Called CC again Thursday afternoon (20 April) the response WAIT the installers are busy. So we are paying for a product we cannot use! And we do not get backup support! Pathetic!
