Wonderful service from Jamie

What a super awesome experience I recently had. Our solar went down on Sunday and contacted GoSolr and was assisted by Jamie. He stayed on the line all the time trying to sort the problem out. We unfortunately could not resolve the issue, and he assured me he would he sort me out on Monday. First thing Monday he contacted me to sort out my issue. Technicians were needed to resolve the issue. Jamie was there sorting it out and he got them out to fix my solar. Thank you, Jamie, for the wonderful service. He is a real asset to GoSolr. He treats customers with care, and he puts them first. He went the extra mile to help me and thank you. He is the type of agent that all other agents should take note of as he gets the job done. GoSolr you have a wonderful staff member in Jamie, and you should recognize him for a job well done.
