We pay more than what we get
The technicians were here to fix the wifi unit that was broker on our system. The technician then informed my wife that we do have a 5kw battery but the panels can only provide 3.6kw. Why do we pay for a 5kw system if the panels can only provide 3.6kw? Why do you not give more panels to provide 5kw for the battery?

To explain with a 5 kW inverter along with a 5 kW inverter system; however, the maximum output it can generate at a time is 3.64 kW, however this doesn't mean that this is the maximum you will get all day. with a medium system it is capable of producing between 13 and 16 kW over the course of a day, so that would be the entire day.

07 Jan 2026, 15:54Okay, but if you put up 5kw panels it is 5kw panels for the 5kw inverter. Then it is not 3.6kw panels for a 5kw inverter. The panels should be equal to the inverter.
