Waiting for 3 months
Made an enquiry about upgrading to "the brain" system. Was asked for an original certificate of compliance, which I sent. Since then .... nothing. It is now almost 90 days later, and the dozen or so emails / queries I've sent on their app, keep coming back with the frankly laughable claim "We aim to respond to all emails within 24 working hours."
