Very Disappointing

.I had the system installed in December last year and so far every mail and message I have left gets no reply from neither Gosolr or the sub contracting company who installed it. I am now 3 months later receiving mails from the council advising that the installation is in the approval process. My roof was left in a mess and I have water damage to ceilings. The worst is that the COC certificate provided was for the inspection that took place when I was not even in the country. No One has bothered to provide me with a reply. I am now resorting to this platform to see if anything will come from it. Very Frustrated.
